RTS Canada is raising the bar with an unmatched warranty of up to 5 years on its retreads and repairs — offering greater  durability and long-term value. Our Total Quality Guarantee covers both retreads and casings, whether provided by RTS  Canada or the customer, against any defects, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability. It reflects our commitment  to quality, safety, and sustainability — for our customers, the industry, and everyone sharing the road with our retreaded  tires. 

Retread, Casing, and Repair Defects: RTS Canada guarantees that retreads and repairs performed on casings  — whether supplied by the customer or RTS Canada — with a valid DOT code are free from material and workmanship  defects, through the end of the tread’s useful life (up to 4/32). 

The Total Quality Guarantee Covers: 

  • Retreads : Covered up to 3 years, or up to 5 years when combined with Revvo.AI sensors (prorated coverage applies  after 6 months). 

  • Repairs : Covered up to 3 years, or up to 5 years when combined with Revvo.AI sensors (prorated after 6 months). 

  • Casings : One-year coverage from the date of purchase, whether provided by RTS or the customer, and whether Grade  A, B, or C. If a casing is deemed retreadable, RTS Canada will retread it and apply the appropriate credit. 

Important Note: 

Thanks to our advanced inspection system, all casings — whether Grade A, B, or C, and whether provided by the customer  or RTS Canada — receive the same 12-month coverage. They are guaranteed to be free of major defects at the time of re treading. In other words, if a casing becomes unusable due to a covered defect within the first 12 months, it will be replaced  free of charge with a casing of equivalent grade. 

Claim Procedure 

  1. Drop the tire off at an authorized RTS Canada distributor. 
  2. RTS Canada will transport it to our plant for  expert evaluation. 
  3. If the claim is approved, a credit or replacement  will be issued through the distributor’s account. 
  4. A detailed report will be provided — whether the claim is accepted or denied.

Exclusions 

  • Improper mounting or balancing, or inadequate repairs.
  • Under/over-inflation, poor maintenance, or misuse.
  • Vehicle mechanical issues (e.g., misalignment, irregular wear).
  • Downtime, loss of use, or indirect damages. 
  • Road hazards (cuts, impacts, punctures). 
  • Accidents, fires, chemical damage, or vandalism.

Warranty is non-transferable.
