Our <\/span>Total Quality Guarantee <\/b>covers both retreads and casings, <\/span>whether provided by RTS\u00a0 Canada or the customer, <\/b>against any defects, ensuring <\/span>performance, safety, and reliability. <\/b>It reflects our commitment\u00a0 to quality, safety, and sustainability \u2014 <\/span>for our customers, the industry, and everyone sharing the road with our retreaded\u00a0 tires.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Retread, Casing, and Repair Defects: <\/b>RTS Canada guarantees that retreads and repairs performed on casings\u00a0 \u2014 whether <\/span>supplied by the customer or RTS Canada <\/b>\u2014 with a valid DOT code are free from material and workmanship\u00a0 defects, through the end of the tread\u2019s useful life (up to 4\/32).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Total Quality Guarantee Covers:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Retreads : <\/b>Covered up to 3 years, or up to 5 years when combined with Revvo.AI sensors (prorated coverage applies\u00a0 after 6 months).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n

  • Repairs : <\/b>Covered up to 3 years, or up to 5 years when combined with Revvo.AI sensors (prorated after 6 months).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n

    Important Note:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

    Thanks to our advanced inspection system, <\/span>all casings \u2014 whether Grade A, B, or C, and whether provided by the customer\u00a0 or RTS Canada \u2014 receive the same 12-month coverage. <\/b>They are guaranteed to be free of major defects at the time of re treading. In other words, if a casing becomes unusable due to a covered defect within the <\/span>first 12 months<\/b>, it will be <\/span>replaced\u00a0 free of charge <\/b>with a casing of equivalent grade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Claim Procedure\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Drop the tire off at an authorized RTS Canada distributor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. RTS Canada will transport it to our plant for\u00a0 expert evaluation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. If the claim is approved, a credit or replacement\u00a0 will be issued through the distributor\u2019s account.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. A detailed report will be provided \u2014 whether the claim is accepted or denied. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
